How to Measure Your Cover
Accurate measurements ensure a perfect fit. Follow these steps carefully — we do not accept returns due to measurement errors.
The Four Key Measurements
You will need a tape measure and ideally a second person to help. Take each measurement twice to confirm accuracy.
Measure the length of your spa along the hinge (the center fold line of the cover). Measure from the outside edge to outside edge across the width of the tub.
Measure the full width of your spa from outside edge to outside edge in the opposite direction of the hinge measurement.
Hot tub corners are not perfectly square — they have a radius. Measure the radius of each corner. Use our Corner Radius Chart (download below) for reference.
The skirt hangs down over the edge of the spa. Measure from the top lip of the spa down to where you want the skirt to end. Standard skirt is 4 inches.
